Processing Time

We will process and ship your order within 1-3 business days after receiving the order. For custom bouquets, the processing time may take 5-30 business days.

Delivery Methods and Times

UK: We ship via courier services with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days. Although we strive to deliver your order by the requested date, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times due to traffic, weather conditions, and unforeseen circumstances. If timely delivery is crucial, we recommend selecting an appropriate delivery time window to account for potential delays.

Delivery Coverage

We currently only ship within the UK. International delivery is not available at this time.

Shipping Fees

Free shipping on orders over £75. A £5 shipping fee applies to orders below this amount.

Order Tracking

For orders shipped via courier, we will provide a tracking number after dispatch so you can monitor the status of your package.

Return and Exchange Policy

We value your satisfaction highly. All finished products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Returns that do not meet these conditions will be refused.

Custom orders are made specifically for you, and due to their unique nature, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there is a quality issue. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Return Process and Shipping Costs

To request a return or exchange, please contact our customer service via email (antheacrochet@gmail.com) and provide your order number and relevant photos. We will provide the return address and specific instructions after confirming the issue.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item and will be issued to your original payment method.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible via email (antheacrochet@gmail.com).

• For standard orders: Cancellations can be made before the order is dispatched. Once the item has been shipped, the return policy applies.

• For custom orders: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted as production may have already begun.

Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5 business days of cancellation and will be issued to your original payment method.
